At noon, you can follow the Fleet's astronomer on a guided ½ mile "Walk through the Solar System" to learn about our planetary cousins. Hands-on activities in the exhibit galleries will examine the differences between rockets and balloons. Free with admission. | Sign Up for Summer Camps! | Summer camps start June 27 and run through August 26, 2011. Camps are for kids in grades 1 - 2 and 3 - 4, with additional camps for pre-kindergarten and grades 5 - 8 on selected weeks. Among the many fun hands-on activities, campers will design amusement park rides, grow crystals, make their own musical instruments and create chemical reactions! Don't miss out. | BORN TO BE WILD Sneak Preview Benefiting OFI | The Fleet will host a benefit screening of BORN TO BE WILD, with 100% of the proceeds supporting Orangutan Foundation International (OFI), on Mother's Day. Meet Dr. Biruté Mary Galdikas from the film and rock legend John Kay from Steppenwolf. Dr. Gladikas will answer questions following the special screening of the film.
